An alumnus of SMS Medical College with an MBBS degree and an M.D. from J.L.N. Medical College, Ajmer, Dr. Agarwal has made significant contributions to the medical field. His journey began as a Medical Officer with the Government of Rajasthan, culminating in his retirement as the Director of Medical & Health Services (Public Health, Govt. of Rajasthan) in February 2002.
